My experience has been fantastic. Glenda's education and patience with me was appreciated as I changed my mind several times...from engineered hardwood to wool carpeting, back to engineered hardwood. Ralph's detailed quote and clarifying questions gave me peace of mind. Matt & Will's creativity, cleanliness, responsiveness, humour and professionalism when installing were impressive. Henry's dedication, attention to detail, and kindness when following up to ensure that I was satisfied is rare today. Wolter's flexibility and commitment to customer service was reassuring.

Their product is exactly what they say! The quality is wonderful! Their showroom IS a ONE STOP SHOP!!!! The staff at the store were patient with us and help guide us as I am not great at decorating. Since completing our project we have had nothing but compliments on the choices, product and looks of what we did. Bert’s did almost our whole house, tiled two showers and bathroom floors, carpet in basement and on stairs, backsplash in kitchen, floor done throughout main floor.
