CORK
Cork is available in a variety of tones.  Cork is luxuriously soft, naturally comfortable and beautiful to look at, yet easy to care for.  It is quiet, soft and warm to the touch, yet durable enough to handle children and pets so you can start living.  A layer of cork applied to a High Density Fiberboard (HDF) core makes cork flooring a durable choice.  The click together tongue makes for an easy installation and a finished product that is gap-free.
TORLYS offers all the benefits of cork and adds the uniclic joint.   The uniclic joint can withstand 1000 lbs of pull per linear meter resulting in a gap free floor.  The uniclic joint results in an easy to install product that is warrantied to be removed and re-installed.  The same TORLYS floor can be installed up to three times by do-it-yourselfers and be fully covered under warranty.
Wicanders® floors are quick and easy to install, and as durable as you'll ever need them to be. With the unique cork structure and tough resilient surface finishes, a Wicanders® floor will withstand years of wear and still look as good as the day it was first installed.
A durable luxurious cork product that has a polyurethane finish. Nordic and Scandia are two formats of a floating floor solution that is completely biodegradeable, renewable and sustainable.  Nordic is a non-bevel cork whereas Scandia has a micro-bevel.
Frequently Asked Questions

1  -  Sould I expect some colour and shade variation in a cork floor?

Yes. Because cork is a natural material, no two tiles or planks are alike… this adds to its beauty. Some colour and shade variation should be expected. Always work from several boxes at the same time and shuffle planks or tiles for best visual appearance.

2  -  Will cork change colour when exposed to sunlight?

Yes. Cork, like all natural products, has a distinctive natural colouring that will age over time and lighten if installed near direct sunlight or ultraviolet light

3  -  What rooms can I install cork flooring in?

Cork can be installed in entrances, hallways, kitchens, bedrooms, basements and family rooms.  Bathrooms are not recommended as sitting water can seep into the joint causing the HDF core to swell.
