Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the design process work and how much will this cost?
Unlike many companies, we offer our design services at NO CHARGE with no obligation to purchase. Our designer will contact you to schedule an in home consultation, where your needs, design preferences, budget and room measurements will all be assessed. The Designer will then do detailed 3-D design using the 20-20 software along with an itemized quotation based on what was discussed during the in home consultation. Generally this takes approximately 5 business day, depending on the scaled of the project.
2. Can the cabinets be customized to suit my specific needs?
Absolutely, our cabinets would be considered SEMI-CUSTOM. This means that we can design the kitchen to maximize space, organize storage, specific designer looks, different budgets and other individual need. All heights, widths and depths can be adjusted as needed.
3. How long does it take to receive my cabinets after I place my order?
Our lead time varies slightly depending on peak ordering times and size of orders. Generally, 5-6 weeks is required to manufacture the cabinetry. Installations are scheduled with in the following week of receiving the cabinetry.
4. How long does it take to install my kitchen?
That varies depending on the size and complexity of the kitchen. Generally 2-3 days is required for the cabinetry. If granite countertops are being installed the lead time will be 5-7 business days from when the template is taken.
5. Do you reface existing cabinetry?
No, we do not reface, recover, or re-finish existing cabinets, we only provide new cabinetry.
6. If other renovations are required prior to the cabinetry do I have to organize that myself?
Only if you prefer too, we will also be happy to provide you with the contact information for 3 or more different local contractors. If you feel more comfortable with us organizing and coordinating the entire project we would be glad to offer that service. Once the details and design of kitchen cabinets are finalized we would assess the renovation work required and provide a separate itemized quotation.
